Job Description Candidate must be serving permanently in the title or be reachable on the civil service list. Seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of the New York City Department Of Transportation (NYC DOT) Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions, troubleshooting and resolving defects, integrating the system with various asset management applications and maintaining the agency’s public facing web form that interacts with the CRM application. The selected candidate should have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and hands-on experience with security tools and Microsoft-based environments.
