Position Snapshot Location: Smithtown, NSW: Full time, Permanent role 5+ years’ experience Position Summary: Fantastic Opportunities currently exist for Safety, Health & Environment Manager (SHE) to join our Smithtown Factory. Smithtown is the home of MILO®, Australia's iconic crunchy milk drink, and more recently Nescafe single serve Café Menu range. In this role, the SHE Manager will support & advise the Factory Management team in all aspects of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) with a strong focus on implementing Market-level initiatives, including developing & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents.
