About the Opportunity Kimberley Freestyle is seeking a skilled and motivated Head Coach to lead our Freestyle Ski Program. This leadership role is responsible for athlete development, training program execution, competition preparation, and coaching team oversight. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in freestyle skiing, a commitment to safe and inclusive sport, and the ability to inspire athletes of all levels to reach their full potential. You will collaborate closely with the club stakeholders to ensure alignment with Freestyle BC standards, the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, and the club’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Athlete Development & Coaching: Develop and deliver structured on-snow training sessions aligned with seasonal goals and LTAD principles. Provide individualized technical coaching, video analysis, and performance feedback to athletes. Plan training sessions that incorporate technical skills, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
