Cozen O’Connor has an excellent opportunity for a Legal Practice Assistant with strong litigation and executive support experience. This role supports the team’s Co-Chair in Little Rock and provides litigation support to attorneys handling matters in Arkansas state and federal courts, including coordination with team members in New York and Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and a proactive self-starter who can manage competing priorities under tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. This position requires strong communication, organization, and technology skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels of the Firm. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
