Sr Building Management System Engineer

Boys Town’s Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a Sr. Building Management System Engineer. This is a unique role where you will be responsible for the building management system that controls Boys Town’s building environments. They will design, install, manage and commission this system, which will be unique to each building and the needs of the people who use it. This role develops, implements, and oversees policies and procedures to ensure consistent provisioning, uptime, and regulatory compliance for the building management system. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Designs, engineers, and maintains the building management system. Develops long-term vision, strategy, and roadmaps for building management systems across the organization in conjunction with company objectives. Collaborates internally to develop scalable, maintainable, consistent, highly available building management system architectures that meet business objectives and set relevant service-level agreements; establishes optimization strategies to reduce downtime and costs while improving performance and availability.
