Job description

Salary Range: $20.34 - $22.60 Essential Functions: Performs other tasks as assigned. - Cleans and maintains floors and walls in designated food service areas. - Cleans and sanitizes the entire kitchen area. - Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures. - Consistently adheres to RWC information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace. - Maintains inspection readiness always. - Uses and maintains equipment per manufacturer and department guidelines. - Report all issues or maintenance defects to the Executive Chef/Sous Chef.
