The Admissions Team acts as ambassadors of customer service, working to provide Zoo Guests with a memorable and seamless experience. Seasonal Guest Service Representatives (GSRs) provide information and assist Zoo Guests with ticket purchases at the Main Gate. In addition to ticket sales, Greeters are responsible for assisting Guests upon entering or exiting the Zoo, as well as monitoring re-entry. Admissions staff members will rotate through various Zoo attractions, including Giraffe feeding, Carousel, Stroller rentals and other venues as needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists guests in a friendly and positive manner regarding Zoo offerings, prices, information and directions. - Provides information and directions to guests concerning the Zoo mission, rules and events.
