The position is office based either Warsaw, (Poland), Copenhagen, (Denmark) or Istanbul (Türkiye). Your new role: As a Senior Total Rewards Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will: - Drive and implement compensation and benefit programs that align with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. - Analyse external market data to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits packages. - Provide specific support with reviews and analysis of regional/local rewards programs to ensure competitiveness, engaging in rewards partnering activities within the countries whenever needed. - Foster a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in rewards programs. - Collaborate with colleagues within the Global Total Rewards CoE to develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies and initiatives for the areas of responsibility. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and regional/local requirements.
