Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partner Growth Manager to join our growing Partnerships team in EMEA Retail , with a strong focus on the Dutch market. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing partners to drive revenue growth across the region. You will identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships that bring new merchants to Lightspeed, with a particular emphasis on the Netherlands. This role combines business development, partner enablement, and sales execution—ensuring partners have the tools, training, and incentives to generate high-quality leads and pipeline. You will lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and oversee a seamless onboarding experience while collaborating closely with partners to maximize pipeline and revenue in a fast-growing and competitive market.
