The Opportunity: The Injury Management Specialist (IMS) will partner with our clients through proactive management of workers' compensation claims. The incumbent will maintain and develop positive client relationships by providing exceptional service with a focus on facilitating and promoting an early and safe return to work. Key accountabilities include coaching employers to refine their claims reporting process, building Stay at/Return to Work programs, influencing Case Managers to progress complex or stalling files, and seeking out cost relief op...
