Job Description: Pay Range: $15.70 - $19.62 / hour Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests - Provide membership information and facilitate tours - Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean - Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns - Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed - Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS) - Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs...
