Lead Analyst, Collections Analytics Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid Schedule): We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Analytics team in Wilmington, DE as a Lead Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation and optimization of collections, loss mitigation, and credit risk analytics across both our proprietary platforms and third‑party partner channels, including Debt Settlement Agency (DSA) and resolution‑based recovery programs. You will leverage your technical expertise to translate analytical intent into functional solutions, ensuring accurate data, scalable execution, and actionable insights to support business decision‑making.
