Key programs include: •Down Payment Assistance (DPA) •Acquire, Renovate, Sell (ARS) •Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) •Virginia Individual Development Accounts (VIDA) •Communities of Opportunity Tax Credit Program (COTCP) •Additional DHCD homeownership and community development initiatives This position leads program monitoring, quality control, and technical assistance efforts to ensure strong project performance and lasting community benefit.
