DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for planning annual entertainment and events as it pertains to the goals for the company and general marketing department. Responsible to ticketing system, information, costs, and audit reports. Responsible for flow of information by maintaining written and verbal communication amongst all departments to ensure efficient service. Act as a liaison between guest and management as relates to needs of concert guest complaints and concerns. Acts as a liaison for the client and property to ensure successful execution of the event/show. Negotiate and arrange all entertainment offers and agreements with and through entertainers or entertainment agents.
