Overview SSM Health Neuro Transitional Center A Joint Venture between Select Medical and SSM Health Position: Neuro Rehab Coach (Patient Care Tech, Nursing Assistant, Rehab Patient Support Tech, Therapy Aide, Caregiver) Location: O'Fallon, MO Schedule: Full-Time Day and Night 7-7, 3 day one week, 4 the next and every other weekend required Compensation: $20-$26.93 Based on years of experience ($1.50 night shift diff and $0.75 weekend diff) Responsibilities: This position functions under the direction of rehabilitation therapists and nurses to help individuals with a brain injury or spinal cord injury, regain their independence and return home. In this position you will be part of the therapy and nursing team and you will have a key role in helping patients re-learn to walk, talk, dress, cook, and manage their own medical needs. You will not do it for them.
