Occupational Health Nurse (LPN, RN, or BSN) 2nd shift Pella, IA: Provides nursing assessment, intervention and evaluation for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries. Manages on-going care of team members. Conducts required screen/testing. Provides preventative care and resource support for medical related needs. DETAILS: Competitive hourly rate with opportunity for overtime and annual bonus Hours: Monday through Thursday- 3pm-1am: Full benefits package including medical, dental, 401k match ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain nursing certifications and license. Manages direct care of work related and non-work related injured or ill team members. Provides case management of Workers' Compensation claims. Provide support for Workers’ Compensation hearings as needed. Conducts hearing tests and manages follow-up care. Conduct drug and alcohol testing. Administers vaccination programs to include Tetanus and Hepatitis. Facilitates physician job site visits and Functional Capacity Examinations.
