THE ROLE. We’re looking for a Junior Colour Technologist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring colour is delivered accurately and consistently across all products . You’ll work from creative concept through to production, following the brand’s critical path and collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers to meet colour standards, quality expectations, and timelines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong eye for colour, enjoys working cross‑functionally, and wants to build deep technical expertise in a fast‑moving apparel environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING. - Review, validate, and approve daily lab‑dip and bulk colour submissions against agreed colour standards - Partner closely with Product Development, Design, and Production teams to ensure colour accuracy and consistency - Coordinate with vendors and mills to manage colour submissions and approvals within critical timelines - Track, chase, and manage on‑time approvals for lab dips and bulk production - Maintain professional supplier relationships and support continuous improvement , including performance evaluation (physical and digital) - Attend and contribute to...
