The General Manager (GM) at Miss J’s Café is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service, and maintaining a positive, productive environment for both staff and customers. The GM will be tasked with driving the overall success of the business, including managing staff, inventory, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: - Lead, train, and motivate café staff, including chefs, servers, and other personnel. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high morale and productivity. - Schedule and supervise staff shifts to ensure proper coverage. - Handle hiring, onboarding, and staff development to ensure a high standard of service.
