Head of Tech (f/m/d) Location: Frankfurt or Poznań (hybrid): Scope: Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture & Security We are looking for a Head of Tech (m/w/d) who takes end-to-end ownership of our technology landscape . This is not a pure coding or pure management role. It’s a hands-on leadership position where you orchestrate: You will report to the COO and act as a key counterpart to Product, Finance, and Operations. - Engineering delivery - Infrastructure & cloud setup - System architecture - Security & compliance - Integration of 3rd-party tools and vendors Your Responsibilities: 1.
