Waiver Renewal Specialist Official Title: Assessment & Eligibility Specialist Summary Responsibilities associated with the job are directly related to the implementation of the Administrative Entity Agreement with the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). The Assessment and Eligibility Specialist assume primary responsibilities for the implementation surrounding resource and assessment of individuals new to the Office of Developmental Supports (ODS) and ODS’s waiver re-evaluation system. Incumbent will also be accountable for the utilization related to The County Assistance Office, Bureau of Autism Services and Community HealthChoices. Additional responsibilities and guidelines associated with this job are directly related to upholding the Community of Practice tools and principals of Self-Determination by giving families and individuals accurate and reliable information regarding the ODS system, other services systems and community resources.
