Job Description KPMG’s Global Mobility Advisory team delivers tax advisory and compliance services to support organisations and individuals with the tax implications of a globally mobile workforce. Our focus is on managing Australian and cross‑border tax obligations arising from employee mobility, including expatriate tax, foreign payroll, and equity‑based remuneration. Your Opportunity: As a Manager, you will lead the delivery of tax focused global mobility solutions, advising multinational organisations and internationally mobile employees on tax matters, compliance risk, and remuneration structuring. You will combine hands-on tax advisory work with technical leadership, client relationship management, and team development, working closely with the Delivery & Data Excellence (DDX) team to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes. You will work extensively with multinational organisations (including large global employers), high‑net‑worth individuals, and senior executives relocating to Australia, supporting both the organisation and the individual through the full mobility lifecycle.
