Overview L2 IT Technician (M/W/D) Location: Remagen: Duration: 3 month project based role Role Overview: The IT Technician plays a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP across the organization. This position provides hands-on, on-site support in the lead-up to the system go-live, ensuring readiness across teams, processes, and systems. Following go-live, the technician remains a key resource during the two-month hypercare phase, offering immediate troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support to stabilize operations and ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP environment.
