Behavioral Health Coordinator II - ARCHES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Behavioral Health Coordinator II provides lead case management services, focused on behavioral health leadership and coordination within MWVCAA's ARCHES sheltering programs. The Behavioral Health Coordinator II also provides clinical guidance and support to program staff and may be required to work various shifts outside of their regular schedule, including night and weekends, to ensure timely crisis intervention and continuity of care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required . EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Master's degree in Counseling , Social Work, or a related behavioral health field, with current Oregon licensure, and at least two years of relevant experience in behavioral health or social services. - Experience working with high-acuity populations , including individuals experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or justice-involved or re-entry populations. - Experience providing or coordinating mental health crisis response , including risk assessment, de-escalation, and stabilization in shelter or community-based settings. - Equival...
