We are currently looking for a Melter in the new melt facility at our Bakers Campus in Monroe, NC. As a Melter, you will play a critical role in the remelt process such as operating the furnaces, air arc gouging, welding, saws, grinders, shot blaster, forklift and cranes. A successful associate will be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, complex problem-solving skills, dependability, analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. You would be responsible for setting up and operating machines safely within the standard operating procedures, detecting faulty equipment and defective material.
