Brightway Insurance, with over 400 locations throughout the country, is opening a franchise in Richmond, Virginia and is looking for an Agency Manager dedicated to helping people in the community find the combination of insurance products and services they need at a price they want. The role of a Designated Agency Principal in the Brightway system is to be an experienced property/casualty insurance Producer who, together with the Agency Owner, will represent the agency with the insurance carriers. The Designated Agency Principal is also responsible for new business production by prospecting, executing, quoting and selling new property/casualty insurance business that enables the agency to prosper and grow.
