Job description

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests across multiple outlets, including the breakfast buffet, restaurant dining, bar service, and in-room dining (room service). This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere, timely service, and a high standard of hospitality while maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. You will need an open schedule as this position does require weekends and holidays. Both AM and PM shifts are available. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns. Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings. Make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate. Breakfast Buffet Service: Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
