Concrete Superintendent Position Title: Concrete Project Superintendent: Department: Operations/Field: Reports to: Operations Manager/Project Management: Direct Reports: Field Manpower: Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range : $100,000/yr - $140,000/yr Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location. Summary Description: A concrete project superintendent is a person who plans and ensures the coordination of concrete construction and has the responsibility of supervising the concrete portions of the project.
