What You Can Expect As our Civil Engineering Manager, you will serve as the technical authority on Civil Engineering within the Distributed Solar and Storage team. You will lead all civil engineering activities supporting ground-mounted solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) distributed generation projects across the United States. This role is based in Chicago, IL (hybrid or remote) and reports to the Director of Engineering, Engineering & Delivery. You will oversee civil design development from early-stage feasibility through construction, ensuring consistency, code compliance, and constructability.
