The Opportunity: Based on Barrow Island, off the NW Pilbara coast on a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth, the Operations Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of Waste Driver / Operators, daily task allocations and work activities, including maintaining vehicle fleet documentation, client and other contractor liaison, and prioritising work efforts. This is a higher tempo environment, but with much autonomy and scope for initiative and the use of an effective leadership style.
