STARTING RATE: $14.00: MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 years old JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the casino porter staff. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: One year supervisor experience required. Must be self motivated and able to work with limited direction. Must have attention to detail and willingness to correct problems on the spot and identify and differentiate various cleaning chemicals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Maintain a high level of quality in all areas of responsibility by assigning team members tasks that need to be completed. 1. Enforce company appearance standards for team players in your department. 1. Perform various administrative duties including coaching, counseling, training, and team member discipline. 1. Maintain team players attendance controllers, vacation requests, LOA’s, and maintenance projects. 1. Follow and maintain Company Safety Standards. 1.
