ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment · Ensures all foods are prepared according to guidelines using only approved ingredients and processes · Handles raw chicken in a safe manner at all times and prevents cross contamination · Fries and bakes chicken · Will work around hot oil and must closely follow all safety policies · Safely utilizes a variety of utensils and cooking equipment · Complies with established cooking methods, quality standards and food safety policies/practices · Follows all chemical safety guidelines · Discards ingredients/products that have expired or do not meet quality standards · Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products · Looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner · Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds · Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be ab...
