Job description

Key Responsibilities Commercial & Contractual Support: - Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts, with a focus on oilfield services and equipment supply. - Provide pragmatic and timely advice to business stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters. - Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies. - Support the development and improvement of standard contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes. - Prepare legal risk assessments, executive summaries, and manage approvals in accordance with company policies. Litigation & Dispute Management: - Lead and manage disputes, litigation, and pre-litigation claims across the region, working with external counsel where appropriate. - Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies aligned with business objectives. - Maintain oversight of litigation budgets and reporting.
