Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Practice Managers and Office Leads. As a key operational leader, you will drive performance across patient experience, financial outcomes, operational excellence, and team engagement — ensuring practices deliver exceptional care while achieving sustainable growth. This is a full-time remote position requiring regular travel three to four days per week within the region.
