Works under the general supervision of the Administrative Director or Clinical Manager of the assigned area and is responsible for organizing the plan of care for patients while providing education and eliminating any potential barriers to treatment. This includes all aspects of the pre- and post-visit including scheduling, insurance precertification, coordination of diagnostic testing and follow-up with referring physicians.
