Business Program Manager, AI & Data Risk About the role: As a Business Project Manager supporting Vanguard’s emerging AI Risk organization, you will help shape how we responsibly deliver AI-powered capabilities. This combined Business Project Specialist and Chief of Staff role helps to manage risk governance forums, coordinate high-visibility initiatives, and support the development of clear, aligned, and timely materials for executive audiences. Your work will directly advance Vanguard’s mission by strengthening oversight, enabling sound decision-making, and ensuring that innovation remains grounded in what serves our clients best. What you’ll do: Lead and support strategic AI Risk program Serve as the AI Risk program manager to help stand up a new enterprise AI Risk function, including frameworks, governance, and delivery processes. Lead multiple projects or major workstreams from planning through delivery, ensuring progress against scope, budget, and timelines.
