Description Summary: The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit. Overview: We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Business Analyst 3) to manage and support Debt Manager and other default/risk systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution across our credit and risk platforms. Availability & Flexibility: Must be available to support production issues, scheduled maintenance, and project-related activities during evenings or weekends as needed Duties & Responsibilities: System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and support production environments for Debt Manager and related risk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Production Support: Provide timely resolution for system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and incident response.
