We are currently seeking a Service Manager to provide leadership and direction to the regional sales and service team to increase sales and expand the client base. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with management on customer concerns and help rectify issues - Provide a high level of customer service - Work with engineers to solve warranty issues - Manage projects so that they are completed on budget and on time - Document all customer misuse or misapplication of Propak equipment - Maintain excellent documentation of mechanical services, daily labour time entry, expenses reports, parts orders, etc - Provide direction to and work with sales team to increase sales and client base - Direct branch lead technicians in the coordination of service activities - Provide support to service tec...
