Field Supervisor

Description Summary: The Field Supervisor will be responsible for project management, client and employee relations, estimating, proposal writing, coordinating with multiple locations for personnel and equipment, budgeting, as well as additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs. This is a fast paced, highly visible position and requires an individual with exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills. This position requires an individual that is team oriented, a multi-tasker, as well as, a strong individual contributor with a superior sense of urgency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Qualification/Requirements: Education/Training/Experience : - Independently and successfully managing projects from start up to completion. - Field inspections including the estimating, bidding and proposal process - Responsible for the management of all sub-contractors, schedules and budgets - Client and Employee relations including, but not limited to, hiring, discipline, annual reviews, and coaching. - Work closely with senior managers and the sales team to identify potential opportunities/clien...
