Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Mechanic for a local client in Ephrata, PA. Candidates who have a background working as a Maintenance Mechanic in an industrial setting are encouraged to apply. About the Maintenance Lead Position: The Maintenance Lead person provides leadership under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and facilitates the movement, installation, and repair of machines and plant equipment on production lines. Provides line maintenance support to the Production Department. Maintains buildings, facilities, and systems. - Perform the repair, installation, and maintenance of all plant equipment and buildings. - Report any equipment or building condition requiring repair to the Maintenance Manager immediately. - Perform preventative maintenance procedures as required. - Complete all documentation as required by the Maintenance Manager. - Position requires lifting and handling of heavy objects. - Adheres to all common safety practices and rules, including the wearing of protective equipment and clothing as required. - Assist other mechanics in maintaining a high level of productivity in the plant, including leadership and directi...
