Position Summary: Shift hours: 7AM-3PM: Responsible for the general maintenance and repair of the facility and its systems. Essential functions: - General cleaning duties of facilities and grounds. - Maintenance duties, as needed, to maintain the condition of facilities and grounds. - Assist technicians in repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance duties. - Ensure personal and facility compliance with company requirements as it relates to PSE, Hazmat, HIPAA and all other required compliance items. - Adhere to established federal/state/company safety procedures as well as company policies and procedures. - Perform other duties as requested by Manager, when necessary.
