Operations Controller Location – Doncaster: 4 Days on 4 Days off, inc. Reporting to the Operations Shift Supervisor (OSS), the Duty Operations Controller (DOC) is tasked with facilitating the effective delivery of the Company’s flying programme, including Search and Rescue (SAR), VIP charter and bespoke trial support aircraft, whilst considering the safety, legal and commercial implications of your actions. As an Operations Controller, the incumbent will need to make fast, responsive, balanced, and responsible decisions, taking into account the conflicting needs and balancing operational requirements with revenue protection and industrial/regulatory constraints.
