General Purpose: The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring bids are competitive while maintaining profitability. This role requires strong technical knowledge of millwork fabrication, materials, and installation processes, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Duties/Responsibilities: - Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to develop accurate project estimates. - Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, delivery and subcontractor costs specific to custom millwork projects. - Collaborate with project managers, drafters, and production teams to clarify project scope and identify potential challenges. - Research and source material pricing and labor rates to ensure accurate cost projections. - Develop comprehensive bid...
