Aramark UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team at Warwick Castle! Warwick Castle boasts an impressive line-up of shows including the UK's largest birds of prey show - The Falconers Quest, It is also home to Europe's largest working siege machine, The Trebuchet, and hosts several other spectacular events, concerts, and attractions throughout the year. Your Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Undercroft Cafe and managing a small team. Leading by example, you will ensure the team delivers warm, welcoming, and exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations. This is a full-time role working 5 out of 7 days. You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays. Shift times will generally be 9am-5pm; however, flexibility to work evenings will be required for occasional evening and seasonal events.
