Description Department: Academics: Program: Pastoral Theology and Ministry: Reports to: Academic Dean: Work Schedule: As assigned, evenings as needed Position Type: Full-Time: FLSA Status: Exempt: MACC Mission: The Mexican American Catholic College’s mission is to empower and educate leaders for service in a culturally diverse Church and society by offering a biliterate, multicultural formation program that can lead to a college degree in Pastoral Ministry. Summary: MACC invites qualified applications for the grant-funded position of Project Coordinator of Stabilitas: Renewing Rural Ministry. The coordinator will also serve as Professor of Practical Theology (open-rank), teaching two courses per semester while managing the project. This five-year grant aims to build the capacity of rural dioceses to invest in the formation of permanent deacons and lay ecclesial ministers, in partnership with Saint John’s School of Theology and Seminary (SOT/Sem).
