Location MV Aliso Viejo, California, USA: Department Name: 420-North America Sales Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the medical device industry, with at least three (3) years in neurovascular, interventional neurology, or related fields. - Minimum (3) of years management or leadership experience. - Deep understanding of fellowship training structures, stroke and hemorrhagic systems of care, and clinical pathways in neurointerventional. - Proven track record of leading educational strategy, academic engagement, or strategic account development. - Strong commercial acumen and experience driving product adoption and revenue growth in complex clinical environments. - E xcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications: - Advanced degree. - Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, strategic accounts, customer engagement, or related roles. - Demonstrated experience leading senior level managers. - Experience navigating complex contracting and enterprise customer environments. - Strong executive presence.
