Healthcare Assistant - Theatre Winterbourne Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: £24,947.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Winterbourne Hospital in Dorchester is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in the Theatre department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Assist in delivering safe and effective care across the theatre department, supporting patients throughout their surgical pathway. - Prepare theatres for procedures, including equipment checks, stock preparation, and ensuring the environment is clean and ready. - Engage with patients in a respectful, dignified, and empathetic manner, helping to alleviate anxiety and ensure comfort. - Communicate appropriately with members of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to smooth handovers and coordinated care. -...
