Description Position Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets ensuring service and products are to Chinook Winds standards. Essential Functions: - Manages all aspects of daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets. - Manages employees during the shift and ensures appropriate professional standards of behavior, work standards, productivity, practices and customer care are enforced. - Ensures a complete knowledge by the whole team of F&B service techniques, all menus, drinks lists and specialties. - Maintains effective communication within the team and attends meetings and training sessions when required. - Ensures that F&B operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds policies and procedures. - Complies and balances cash receipts at the end of the day and/or shift. - Resolves guest complaints regarding food service. - Assigns duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements. - Performs personnel actions such as hiring and firing staff, consulting with other managers as necessary. - Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance j...
