Overview Property Insight is seeking a highly self directed Documentation Specialist to support title plant conversion initiatives by owning the creation, organization, and maintenance of all project documentation from initiation through closeout. This role ensures documentation is accurate, complete, traceable, and aligned with agreed upon project outcomes throughout the conversion lifecycle. The Documentation Specialist serves as the central steward of project knowledge, capturing key decisions, scope changes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies, while documenting current state and future state processes impacted by conversion activities. This position partners closely with Project Managers, Analysts, and functional stakeholders to ensure documentation reflects operational reality and supports long term reference, auditability, and knowledge transfer.
