Your role: As an R2R Business Transformation Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives across the R2R domain, acting as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert for clients. You will design and implement process and technology improvements, shape transformation stories, and guide clients through operating model changes, automation programs, ERP‑enabled transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive project delivery, facilitate workshops, support solution design and sales cycles, and contribute to building innovative transformation assets.
