We are looking for a Home and Community Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise client and Registered Behavior Technicians receiving services in Home and Community Based Settings. This position is responsible for ensuring implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with best clinical practices. Clinical Services: - Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs for children, their families, and their community caregivers - Manage coordination of case management activities - Provide regular training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs - Responsible for providing clinically and ethically appropriate supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians - Ability to travel independently to clients’ homes and other community locations - Completes daily session notes and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner - Maintenance of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Portal including...
